• guidance on planning requirements, building control, party wall agreements, structural issues – we can draw up all of the paperwork and “hand hold” you through these processes.

Under this arrangement we will provide you with an up-front price, to cover our reasonable costs of preparing your project specification. But, don’t forget, that as our initial specification is so detailed, in many instances the majority of this money will re recouped through a reduction in the fees charged to draw up detailed architects drawings.
