Our mediation service is designed to resolve these difficulties and put the project back “on track” by working with both parties in an attempt to resolve the problem and ensure that the project is completed to the satisfaction of both parties.
However it is a sad fact of life that, despite our mediation service, some property projects do go wrong, and for many reasons. Perhaps the builder experiences cash-flow problems, or has taken on too many projects at once, or (despite your best endeavours to check beforehand) is simply incapable of doing the job!
